I zumba-ed this morning and last night. I dont remember the calories from last night but this morning I did a 40 min mid length class on medium intensity and ooohhh boy, the sweat was everywhere! lol it said that i had a calorie burn of 1142, which i think is outrageous but I’ll take it lol.
My friend thats going to New York said he’d pick of the Nike+ Fuelband for me! Soooo excited! When i asked him to get it for me he was surprised that i wanted the fuelband and not something more girly.
Sigh, if only they shipped to Canada. Gonna try and get a friend to pick one up for me while hes in New York, not gonna get my hopes up though.

I want to get one but i want to make sure its worth it. So fitblr fam let me know youre thoughts, the good and the bad about the fuelband. I really want one but before i jump through hoops to get it (i live in Canada and nike isnt shipping it to Canada yet) i want to make sure that it is worth it.
What the the pros and cons and your experience with it?
Did zumba last night for the first time and OMG I was sooo sweaty after like half an hour. My sister and I did it on the Xbox Kinect and now im kinda afraid to do a live class cause it was kinda hard, but sooo much fun at the same time.
It also said that we burnt about 500 calories in half an hour, i dont know how accurate that it is, seems a bit much. But good thing im a little sore today, which i wasnt expecting :D
